Salary Negotiation

 Salary Negotiation (50 minutes)Students will explore strategies to engage in the salary negotiation process as a way to receive compensation that reflects the value and worth they will bring to an organization. The “Gratitude Sandwich” method and other key strategies will be discussed during this session.  Students can earn MAP miles for engaging in this workshop one time only.  (Career Development)
